Have you purchased your course between 2nd August 2025 and 2nd August 2026?

If yes, learners should contact [email protected] to gain access to the new course if they have purchased between 2nd August 2025 and 2nd August 2026 only.

Following verification of the original purchase, access to the updated course will be provided at no further charge.

Do I need to contact if I bought my course from 03.08.2026 onwards or if I am about to redeem a voucher I have been given?

No, you have the new updated course. No action required you may start your course.

Do you have active un-redeemed vouchers?

Any unredeemed vouchers for the current eHSA course will be automatically transferred to the new eHSA course —no action is required.

Does the update include any of our other courses?

No, only the Health and Safety Awarness eCourses between 2nd August 2025 and 2nd August 2026
